The headphones flash blue when u switch it on.If it flashes blue and red, it means that it is in bluetooth connection mode.So u can connect it with bluetooth devices by switching on bluetooth on your phone or pc.After connecting the red light stops flashing automatically and blue light starts blinking.Hope you understood. :)

My connector is frozen on blinking red and blue. It will not connect with the head phones and go solid blue.

Have you tried doing the same with the headphones? If you hold the power button down on both the transmitter and heaphones (get them both flashing red and blue), they might pair.

My Freepulse headphone won't pair anymore. Both components charge, both both of them display the red LED light. I've tried the override button on the transmitter, and I've tried holding the power button...

You hold the button on the transmitter for about 50 seconds - light flashes red, solid red, goes off and then flashes blue and red. Then you can do the same on the headphones. Then wait and they should pair.

I have Logitech wireless headphones for my Ipod, and I can't get them to work. When I press the on button on both pieces, it goes solid red and not blue.

Visit the Logitech support website and find the instructions to reset and pair them. Since yours is for an Ipod I'm assuming you have the older white/grey model and not the freepulse headphones. The procedure is not the same. From memory the procedure it to reset both (look for the small hole to insert a paperclip). Once both are reset begin with the transmitter. Hold the power button down for about 30 seconds until the light flashes red and blue. When it does do the same for the button of the headphone until it flashes red and blue. When both are flashing red and blue they should pair together and the lights should turn solid blue..

Free Pulse

The following procedure will re-establish the communication link between the Headphones and the Wireless adapter, this is called "pairing". Before you start please make sure both the headphones and the wireless adapter are fully charged and turned off.
Note: The headphones and the wireless adapter come pre-paired from the factory.
1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. See Figure 1.

Figure 1

2. Continue to hold the button down until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating pattern. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 2.

3. Once the headphones LED is flashing red/blue, press and hold the power button on the wireless adapter. See Figure 3.

4. Hold down the button until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating patter. The LED will blink blue, then turn off for a few seconds then blink red/blue. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 4.

Figure 4
5. Once both the headphones LED and the adapter LED is blinking red/blue, press the volume up button once on the headphones. See Figure 5.
headphone-volumeup.jpg
Figure 5
Once the headphones is paired with the adapter, the LED on the headphones will blink blue once every two seconds. See Figure 6.
headphone-flash2.gif
Figure 6
When the adapter is paired the LED will be solid blue. See Figure 7.
receiversolid.jpg
Figure 7
The adapter may continue to blink red/blue for a few seconds even after the headphones LED starting blinking blue. This is normal; the adapter may take a few additional seconds before the LED turn solid blue.
Once the headphones and the adapter are paired, it is not necessary to pair them again even if the batteries on both units are completely drained.
Additional Note: Repeated pairing will not improve the sound quality or give the headphones and the adapter a cleaner connection.

When i turn on the peice that is ment go into the headphone jack it turns blue for a second and then red and stays red

i researched the logitech website and found the solution.
you must turn both parts on, but instead of letting go after 3 seconds, you keep holding until the lights start flashing red and blue on both pieces. Once BOTH pieces flash ONLY BLUE they have re-paired themselves, and they should work fine now.
