Can zink make you constipated:-

Adults and children over 12 years of age can take 1 to 2 tablets daily for up to 7 days for the relief of occasional constipation.

Headache
Dizziness
Sleep Problems
Decreased in physical relation
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain
Diarrhea or constipation

I have read that Gegranol side effects may cause constipation as stated by the ff: Unwanted effects - i.e. loss of appetite, dryness of the mouth, retching, diarrhoea or constipation, headache, drowsiness, dizziness, somnolence, ataxia, disorders of visual accommodation, diplopia, or, in elderly patients, states of confusion and agitation - may occur, particularly at the start of treatment. These effects may require temporary reduction in the dosage.
