It is telling you that it has communicated and connected to your battery and is charging it. My guess is that it will become a solid green light once it is fully charged.
hi, okay the charger is 29.5v charger so the batteries will go as high as 32 voltage,
Was the battery originally come supplied with a lithium battery ? because you mention the SLA adaptor ?
If you have the luggie that came with the Lead acid battery , the voltage would be lower and I think that 's the problem, fitting a lithium battery on a (controller ) configured scooter for a Lead acid means a lower voltage hence the error message.
looking at a max of 30 volts Lead Acid,
29.5 (top charge ) 36v Lithium battery.
make sure battery cables are secure at battery terminals and clean.how old are the batteries. If the batteries run down fast they are no good.a good way to test them is put scooter against some thing solid and go forward. If the battery indicator drops to o the batteries are no good.It takes about 10 hours to charge the batteries
hi, if the blinking light never stops blinking that can imply a fault with the charger but first make sure the connections to the batteries are clean and tight.
