Michele, it looks like the hole brush is what gets changed, no belt, must run off a small gear or rubber roller on brush. looks like a side cover may have to slide off to gain access to change brush assy. How can I put the wringer back on track... I have the Rubbermaid 7380 tandem mop bucket!

If it is off track, then he does not have the slot aligned properly with the grooves. It should not be hammered in place. All that will do is wear down the grooves and then it for sure won't work.

I bought a rubbermaid reveal mopping system.and I dropped the mop while using and the bottle fell out, the cleaning solution gurgled all over the floor, and now the cap is stuck inside the mop. Can anybody...

Try using a pair of needle nosed pliers, in reverse. Put the tips into the cap and SPREAD the handles. The jaws MIGHT provide enough grab to back the cap out. Otherwise, it will be a try this and try that job. No two are ever alike.

Vacuum cleans properly, however smells like rubber. Nothing is caught in belt

You need to replace the vacuum belt. Even though the belt may look fine it is probably stretched or worn and slipping on the motor shaft and that is why there is a burnt rubber smell. You can get replacement belts here:

1800 vacuum cleaner belt replacement

How do you get into the belt to replace it?

Not knowing the brand name of the vacuum other than the 1800 vacuum cleaner belt replacement, normally the belt is located @ the bottom the vacuum attached to the brushroll and is held on by either screws, clips, or some even snap on – but mostly they use some type of screws to open the area to replace the belt, if needed contact the company website, include the brand name and the model number and request a schematic of the vacuum and that will give you an exploded view of how the vacuum assm goes together and also shows the belt replacement and how that is connected.
