My zte lever won't hook up to my home Internet.. Please help

The phone is locked to the Perso provider and will only work with a account with that provider, unless they will unlock it for you .then it can be used with any provider.

There is an app on the phone that is causing that to happen. It is constantly on the internet because of the ad's. I use avast antivirus and it looks for apps that do that. you can try and remove one app at a time and see if it clears up. Also look in the task manger to see if there is an app that is using a lot of ram.

My guess is there is a setting issue

try changing your home network security to open .....or roll back your update......or.....Wait for another update(:P)

Insert the SD card again in the phone and try after some time and meantime you should format the computer.

The hook is made of plastic and will break over time. When this happens it will need to be replaced, it can't be repaired.
