Green button not working on samsung j700

It may seem mad, but if u put a rubber glove on your hand and then try sliding it up you will find it comes off straight away!!!!!!!!!!!

it could be your camera setting, eg, black white, sepia etc, the colour contrast could have been changed?? if it only does it on camera and not video mode, then its more likely your camera settings, if it does it on video and camera, then it could be the camera its self

Yes, this can be resolved by a setting's reset, but if the issue remain there. Your Phone's firmware may need an update/flash. To reset your phone's settings to default;

1. Select MENU
2. Select Settings
3. Select RESET SETTINGS
4. Select ALL
5. Press OK
6. Press Reset
7. Enter Password (default 00000000)

NOTE: BEFORE COMPLETING A HARD RESET, BACKUP ANYTHING YOU HAVE STORED ON THE HANDSET, THIS INCLUDES CONTACTS.
