I expect the letters and numbers are case sensitive, on upper and lowercase?

mcdevito75 here The stem has 2 positions, we all know the 1 to pull the stem out and set the time, day, date. try this, first go thru the watches 24 hour cycle to get the month you need, now slip a fingernail just under the stem (crown) and gently lift to it"s first position, it may take a few times to get used to, when you have it turn the crown (stem) to change the date easily, change the date to 1 date before the date you want, now go thru the watches 24 hour cycle to get to the date you need. Now the watch is set and will change on time at around mid--nite.

that could be a false positive form AVG .. if thats the case then the problem should go away on your next AVG update .. but it could also be a virus that rewrites the atapi.sys file ...look to see if the date changes on that file (look for size changes as well) .. if it does change dates . then look for other programs that have the same date .. check them out .. you may find a cloaking virus ... you can restore your system back to a time when you didnt have the problem .. i had some trouble with false positives from another virus checker (it was a beta also (kaspersky ) .. now i am using avast ..it seems to work great with win7 ...

hi, i only just recieved this camera today, but after my confusion with working the date i figured out how to change it.  first; press the menu ok button in auto mode. a sort of menu appears that will say recording etc. then flick across to the little wrench1 sign and go down until you get to date and time then press ok and across again to get to it. to change it go up and down until you get to the correct date. same with the time. hope this helps, i have an s630 but im sure they are the same, try it anyway.

in order to change from am to pm and back, while in the '=' mode, depress the ÷ key.

I have to change my time/date everytime I change the batteries...sorry!

Press - > Settings > Initial Setup > Time and Date > Autoupdate
> On
To set the time and date: Press - > Settings > Initial Setup
> Time and Date > time or date.
To choose an analog or digital clock for your home screen,
press - > Settings > Personalize > Home Screen > Clock > Analog or
Digital.
