first, make sure you are mixing the product properly. if it's mixed too rich (not enough water), the temp will keep dropping until it's thick enough, thus freezing the condensation on the outside. if that's ok, go into the menu (holding down the "gourmet" button) and put on a defrost cycle; off at a certain time, back on at another. should defrost for at least 8 hours
Listen to "Papeon's" solution above! My 65 inch Visio smart TV, did the same thing, kept locking up everytime we tried to start Netflix. Tried several different things that didn't work, including unplugging to reboot. We tried his way and it worked perfectly! Not sure if Mr. McKelvey is a TV repairman looking for business for his profession, but dragging a 65 inch TV to the shop is a ridiculous first option!
LOL, I wouldn't give up my windows xp for anything else.
OK, what does it do that requires you to keep trying to get it to boot? Are you getting any error messages? Is it just stopping or freezing someplace in the boot cycle? Is it doing that stupid Startup Repair? What is it doing that causes several tries to get it to boot?
Turn it off, defrost it for a couple of days """""with the door open""""", restart it with door closed and see if it starts freezing again after about 2-3 hours, if so, then the draw unit works, that indicates the defrost cycle needs to be reset or one of the defrost elements has failed causing the rest no to do anything. Any probs call me on 08 9523 0552 Russ
DO NOT TRY TO MODIFY TIMING CYCLE.you would need to completely modify printed circuit board and inbuilt computer......some freezers cycle around 6 to 8 hours.the temperature can only be checked say every 12 hours to get an average reading
