Make sure the paper has a shiny side and face that side to the front as it exits the printer. If no shiny side, you have the wrong paper. It must use Thermal paper (57mm wide)

With paper loaded properly, turn off/unplug register, turn MA or Service key to "Blind" position (approx. 5 o'clock), turn on/plug in register. "Status-C" will print on the receipt. Some of these TEC's won't reset after changing paper, and this procedure becomes necessary after each installation of a new roll of paper.
If it is feeding the paper but it is blank, then you may have the paper around the wrong way. the shiny side must be towards the front. Otherwise, it may not be thermal paper. If it is not feeding out at all, make sure it has not been turned off (paper saving)
Hi. If it is a thermal printer, make sure you have the paper coming from the bottom of the roll, not the top. If you have the paper the wrong way around, it will come out blank. If this is not the problem, please let me know the model number and any other information you can give.
