try checking with the manufacture, they will usually have like a geak squad to help with those kinds of problems. also try game forums on line .hope this helped

On the pocket edition of minecraft, you cannot transfer progress from one device to another (that I know of). Sorry.

Have you ensured the download of the games has completed downloading, it can take awhile, check the icons in the tablet, check, if the download was interupted or stopped or your device was turned off, try downloading again, go to the app just prior before purchase, it should say a status like (downloading or in progress) if there is definately no processing or installing talking place at all, try turning off the device completely and see if it configures , i will answer and help you through this , i will reply promptly, but first what tablet do you have? model or version number.

Why when I try to download a game to my chrome book it goes to my phone instead?
hi,

because 1. you are signed in with the same Gmail account you have on your phone and the game is going to your phone because you haven't updated the chrome book to be on the list of devices that you own

2. so try updating your device list and tell the game to go to your chrome book when you choose to download the game

and it will also tell you if that game can be played on the chrome book - so try getting games from Chrome Browser market
