have your tv in standby mode then on the remote press info, menu, mute, power in that order then when your tv turns on you will be in the menu screen to unlock hotel mode

If you cannot find the remote control at all, you will need to reprogram the EPROM IC. This IC is inside the tv, with numbers starting or in between 24c02.... Please contact any qualified tehnican for further help. The IC i mentioned is programmed and at present it is locked through Hotel Mode. Also try to look RESET switch, to reset the whole unit. For Toshiba model 32AV635D, press mute once press mute again and hold, at the same time press "P Up" on the TV side panel and you enter direct to the menu to change the hotel mode back to home mode

M (menu) 7935 (regular menu appears), them press 4725 (menu service appears), then search HTLSRC (position 090), then set value 032 (this value disables Hotel Mode) - TV. Now Hotel Mode is deactivated. It is verified!

YOU WILL NEED THE SPECIAL REMOTE TO DO THIS. AND I THINK SOME OF THEM HAVE ABILITY IN SERVICE MENU TO TURN OFF HOTEL MODE. OR YOU CAN TRY USING ANY PHILLIPS/MAGNAVOX REMOTE WITH THE STATUS BUTTON AND TRY THIS.
PRESS MENU-9-6-5-2-STATUS AND YOU SHOULD BE IN THE SERVICE MODE TURN OFF THE HOTEL MODE
