This is for Panasonic but might help you
Getting out of the hotel mode is very easy. Just go get the Panasonic remote and open your tv. Go near the tv and hold down the AV/- button on the television itself. Then use the remote and press the AV button for 3 times. A hidden menu on the television screen will appear. Turn off the "Hotel Mode" from the menu and exit. Do not touch anything from the hidden menu except the hotel mode. Now you can use your tv in normal mode. The remote is required to access the hidden menu so be sure your remote is working and has working or full charged battery before doing the steps above.

You might have to enter its service mode option to change this hotel mode selection to normal mode. Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given in that site. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.

Tuning sanyo thats in hotel mode
Going is hard----you will need the "hotel" remote which is different than a regular remote----you can try to do it via the buttons with the on screen menu but may not work that way.

i would check to see if the stand by supplies are on the power board and then check to see if the on supply comes up briefly when power is pressed it could be the power board or main board testing the supplies will narrow down which board you need.

Remove hotel lock
You have to get into its Service Menu option to unlock Hotel Mode. Contact any service technician. They only can do it, as entering into service mode, and adjust data values there; without any knowledge about it; might make the TV irreparable.
