Photos are blurry until a timer clears them up can I get rid of timer.

You could try pressing the button on the front side twice and then swipe up the screen to get rid of it, when mine gets stuck I often do this to clear it off and it usually works for me.

goto photos > iCloud and delete them from there if you want

if there are no damages such as liquid or physical damage than you can call Samsung, and if you have the receipt - or date of purchase registered then call Samsung and see if it falls under the warranty

If to have the iPad before the camera was added, you have the original iPad. If you synced the photos from your computer, you have to remove the photos by syncing with iTunes again, but you have to "uncheck" the albums or folders that you want to remove.
1.Connect the iPad to the computer and launch iTunes.
2.Click on the iPad name on the left side under devices.
3.Click on the Photos Tab on the right.
4.Uncheck all of the albums or folders that you want to remove from the iPad under the Sync Photos from heading.
5.If you want to remove all of the photos - uncheck the Sync Photos From heading
6.Click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes
