Why is my Nespresso machine still blinking after descaling? It could mean that your Nespresso has yet to completely exit descaling mode or that your device has run into an issue. If it persists, you should turn the machine off, unplug it for a few minutes, plug it back in, and proceed with resetting your Nespresso.

Would love more info, like how long did you have this item and did it go from 10 seconds to 3 seconds with less water over a period of time or just over night?
if this has been giving you less and less water and taking / shorting the amount of time you might have Calcium build up inside the unit that is not that easy to clean out, Seen it happen on a mr coffee unit it would make a 1/2 pot of coffee because of the build up from the hard water in the area.. Needed a new coffee maker.
