It's not a fuse , the SJB - smart junction box controls these lights ! This is fords body control module . If the Heater / A/C control panel ,hazard switch ,headlamp switch , message center switch all work, it is not a fuse . The gear shifter I would say the bulb is burnt out . The steering wheel lights could be out because of an open in the clock spring . The clock spring is a device inside the steering column under the steering wheel that keeps your horn , cruise control , radio buttons etc... connected electrically . How cars clock spring works
To change the freeze plug.
Use a flat bottom punch to drive in one side of the plug. The plug should twist in the opening, grab the with a pair of vise grips or channel locks and pry it out of the block or head.
To install the need freeze plug. You'll need something to drive it in straight all at the same time, a large dowel, an inverted socket on an extention, ect...
Apply an even bead of hard setting gasket sealer around the edge of the plug then gently drive it in until the plug edge is just below the outer surface of the block or head. Wait 24 hours before adding fluid for the gasket sealer to set and your all done changing the plug.
have the crank sensor check for erratic operation. if you have done all of that then there is nothing else. and they way the computer knows it is misfiring (if it is) false code maybe and could be bad crank sensor. good luck
make sure the light switch is in the off position, prise out the light assembly at the side opposite the switch disconnect the wiring connector you should then be able to take out unit and change bulb
