It's seems to be problem with your unit relay board,vacuum pump or pressure transducer.Most of Robin air 34788 machine having same problem.You can try as follows 1# Open vacuum pump oil filling cap to release extra pressure from pump.2# Replace new relay board & follow the on screen message(do not skip any option).3# Check pressure transducer is working properly.I hope this will help you.

You may did not open the tank valve before you press fill key! please try as bellow:
Connect tank fill adapter to source tank & open tank valve then make the tank up side down,now press tank fill key. screen will change to checking source tank for 30/60 sec. then start filling.
If you try as above direction & still the problem exist,it may need to replace or rebuild tank fill solenoid.

Please check ''TANK FILL'' hose quick connector & ''LIQUID'' hose on ISV Tank & make sure both valves is opening properly.it sound like(one of those) close! If valves is Ok then check tank fill solenoid, it may need to rebuild or replace. If those are OK, replace ''TANK FILL'' Hose.

You may overfill the ISV tank. #1 Open front cover & close LIQUID valve on the ISV. #2 Disconnect LIQUID hose from tank,then open tank liquid valve (which you close earlier) to reduce some refrigerant manually from the ISV tank. #3 after reduce refrigerant from tank, re-connect everything & switch on the machine. #4 If you still have the same problem then you have to re-calibrate the scal.
