I have Cosmi Platinum Perfect Greeting Card Maker for Windows 95 and above. will not work on windows 10. is there a patch?

Chances are that it will not work. Contact the manufacturer and check their Support pages. There may be a download but if it's Windows 95 era I doubt it.

I have a GE A1250 dig. camera. I have never had a problem downloading images to a PC or laptop, including the earlier versions of Windows 10. The other day, Windows 10 had a HUGE update....

check for compatibility after the win 10 update or update the drivers for the camera by going to the camera manufacturer web sit downloads and downloading from there

Unless Microsoft or your Base scanner manufacturer has updated drivers, you may struggle.

Virtually any Windows 7 or 8 desktop/laptop qualifies for a free upgrade to Windows 10. Will your printer work? You do not state the printer you have so I cannot answer that, however if you check the manufacturers website they should have a download driver for Windows 10 if it supports it. How can i reboot my computer i lost my java apps by trying to download windows 7 and did not complete the download now its saying windows is in safe mode and i don't no what to do i cant see my face book...

If you made a backup and a rescue disk before you started, that will be your best option.
Your Apps will no longer be there on your system, so a backup is essential or you will have to download them again.
You will also have to set up Utube and facebook again.
If you wish to continue with Win7, the download will restart if you let it, (assuming it is coming from Microsoft's web site) and don't forget to download all of the drivers for your desktop from the manufacturer not from odd sites along with Microsoft's updates.
If you get the drivers from the manufacturer, you can be assured that they will be the latest versions and more importantly, work!

I have a Lexmark E 120 and can´t find the drivers for windows 7

This printer does not work with windows 7 as far as I can see on the Lexmark website they only provide up to windows Vista. They no longer manufacture this printer and a lot of printers currently do not work with windows 7 and this is just one of them. You might try contacting Lexmark and see if they are planning on providing the drivers or if any other driver may work. www.lexmark.com

use a video editor eg. windows movie maker, WinAVI_Video_Capture, ULead Video Studio.

guess u r using such as u r working in some local language pack & or ur pc is back-dated..
immediately hv installed with some licensed n UPDATED antivirus (dat supports win98se)[i prefer avg/kaspersky]..
remove unnecessary items from boot..download n install 'Startup Control Panel'..in here uncheck unimportant startup items..
