I have a LG Shine KE970, and the mic is very low

hi :) i u cant hear people talking,that not mike problem. mike problem is people cant hear u talking. i think your speaker was spoil already,that why u cant hear the voice incoming or ringing.u better send for check again :)

haha same problem here. but i know the problem. send it back to the factory. your speaker has a faulty wire in it. mine took 17 months to start with this problem. The factory will fix it but probably a large price tag will follow. you can also go to lg.ca and look for a repair shop. if you want to hear them tho, just try and hold it half way open and it might work, thats what works for me.

Choose a rock song or edit a song with Nero Wave Editor and increase volume manualy from Wave editor program.

you need to have the ear-piece checked or fix

ok there is no settings for the mic so i would say the mic u speak though is buggered

my lg is so low my friends are laughing a me i would why a i cannot get a code to tune it up the person who made the phone should have codes for it plz post it because i love lg phone like the ke970 plz post the codes

You have to find someone that knows how to unlock the phone. It's locked.

You have a bad mic. The LG shine has that issue sometimes. It may have been that you got some liquid or moisture on it,. I had a customer at our store with the same thing last week. The mic on this model is connected to a flex on the keypad flex. To change it, it would involve either replacing the whole keypad which has the mic already attached, or detaching the bad mic and soddering on a new one. I would suggest you go to your local LG service center have them install it for you. If you`d like we can help u. Walk you through it

Amplify the song with Nero Wave editor, from menu, VOLUME -> Volume change and go up to +10 db but not more.
