Hi Rene:
Don't know what materials you're working on, but you need to match the staple length with the thickness of the product being attached and the hardness of the material you're stapling into.
The intent is to attach one product to another. I'd go to a 1/4 inch staple for your application.

I have a Stanley staple gun, model TR 45. How do I order a push rod for this type of staple gun online? Or where can I buy a push rod for one?

Don't hold your breath - I tried to get spare parts from Stanley before which resulted in a lengthy lecture from a woman at Stanley about how Stanley products don't need spare parts, how if something breaks or goes wrong while under warranty it is replaced and if it is out of warranty you just throw it away because "you have had your money's worth"...

I did try once to buy a staple pusher for an Arrow staple gun. It was theoretically available but clearly priced not to sell as it was only marginally cheaper than buying the whole staple gun...

Stanley tr-70 spring has no tension

It sounded good but made no sense. How do you remove the trigger/ squeeze handle assembly? This thing (Stanley TR70) is riveted together. The only piece that is removable is the staple feed tray.

I rented a Bostitch Floor Nailer from Home Depot, and the nails wont set into the maple flooring. Iv used three different compressors(all set to 90psi) and 4 different Bostitch Nail Guns. Im going out of...

Ive had the same problem where it was putting divits you could see from the staples, we ended up changing out the flooring completely. Only thing besides trying diff psi's to get it perfect and different length staples/different heads on staples(nails) , maybe try staple gun. Keep trying every woods different, odd that it started half way through job.. odd.

I have a Pro Sharp Shooter TR 200. WHILE I HAD TROUBLE loading the staples in, I think I have them in properly, the staple cartridge door is closed but the staples aren't coming out. What am I doing...

Make sure that you are using staples made for this tool. Remove the staples and look for a jammed staple at the drive head which will block further staple movement. Make sure there is spring tension at the rear of the staple row when the slide is closed. Hope this helps!

Stanley TR 250 Staple Gun Staple cartridge problem

very simple to fix it 1 pull the trigger all the way out 2 there is a little piece of metal, pull it all the way out (detach the piece out from the gun) an connect one side of the spring 3 push the piece back on the gun. 4 on the other side of the spring tide a little fishing line 5 pass the fishing line over a small rounded piece and pull it hard 6 finally connect the side of the spring onto a little hock on the base of the trigger

My stanley model tr 250 seems to be jammed up and won't load staples

Generic comment.

There should be a pin or a screw (probably with a locking nut) on the business end of this machine. Find it, remove it and the track should pull down allowing you to clear the jam.

I hope this helps
