Unfortunately, there isn't a way to delete anything from the device itself. You must attach to a computer and manually delete (for sideloaded content) or delete via bn.com and then sync over Wi-Fi.
Reset settings menu--> Master Reset options YES --> enter your 4 digit security code. The default code was 0000 unless you changed it. This will delete the phone entries. Security menu allows changing security code. You did backup anything you wanted to save, right? Note that customer service may remotely repair some phone problems.

If you are trying to factory reset your tablet, go to settings then go to backup & reset. There should be an option to factory reset your tablet which will delete anything you installed or downloaded.
try to reset it again and put you information back in if still not working call tech support for there help they can give you more ideas on how to fix the problem you are having.
