more detail, the white pump has a approx. 3" thing you can unscrew and it pulls out and there is probably so much lint in there that it wont drain anymore. when it tries to drain it just sucks the lint in there and can no longer drain the water, it will be fine once you do the above but watch out you will have to turn power off and back on and put it in rinse and spin mode and hold rinse button till it shuts off and it might drain, other wise be prepared when you unscrew the white thing cuz it is full of water, get a big shallow container and be prepared to move quick so you dont get water everywhere. Hope this helps. best of luckmore detail, the white pump has a approx. 3" thing you can unscrew and it pulls out and there is probably so much lint in there that it wont drain anymore. when it tries to drain it just sucks the lint in there and can no longer drain the water, it will be fine once you do the above but watch out you will have to turn power off and back on and put it in rinse and spin mode and hold rinse button till it shuts off and it might drain, other wise be prepared when you unscrew the white thing cuz it is full of water, get a big shallow container and be prepared to move quick so you dont get water everywhere. if that does not do it then take hose off back and see if it is clogged. you can put your hand on the big rubber thing that goes from pump to drum under neath and inside and you can squeeze it several times while it is trying to pump out water and some times it helps to drain it.sorry i wish i knew the technical terms for these parts.LOL.if that does not do it then take hose off back and see if it is clogged. you can put your hand on the big rubber thing that goes from pump to drum under neath and inside and you can squeeze it several times while it is trying to pump out water and some times it helps to drain it.sorry i wish i knew the technical terms for these parts.LOL.

Your washing machine top lord or front lord? If your washing machine top load you have cleared drain valves in have blocked then check drain motor like that as you can check which model or type
you have a plugged or partial plugged drain pump for sure. maybe there is a 20 stuck in it this time! easy to find just follow the drain hose back and you will find your pump.
also could be the cycle your using has a bad area in timing cct. check a different cycle like the delicate cycle and that will confirm pump or cycle
Drain Pump
Sometimes, small objects or articles of clothing can get caught in the drain pump. To determine if anything is blocking the drain pump, remove the drain pump and check the pump for obstructions. If the drain pump is clear of obstructions, but is still noisy during the drain cycle, replace the drain pump.
