Oh Oh, Not Good : (
Heat Exchanger / Tube Sheet Coil Assembly has Ruptured.
It is encased in a closed combustion chamber. Water flows thru it and it is in that chamber/tank with the fire burners, heating the water within the coil. Forced air via the Blower blows into that chamber / tank and out the exhaust vent. That's it! Only air.
If water blows out, then the "Closed" Heat Coil, has ruptured.
Start looking around page 49 & onward, and you will see the breakdown parts diagram of that chamber / tank, with the coil inside.
The Manual is here...

Good Luck to You, and sorry for being 'that' guy bringing you bad news!
Testimonial: "Thanks Mike. I saw on You Tube a guy use Silver Solder to weld some heating Coils on a different type of Heater. Think that might be an option for me?"
This is what you need as a replacement...http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?u...
If repairing, I've heard people used Brass Rod and Flux, then they Brazed, any holes closed. Most times???, the tube is THIN from Inside out. Commonly due to improper water chemistry maintenance, the Low pH, low Total Alkalinity, and Low Calcium Hardness - all factors - to Corrosive water, eating away at any metal it comes in contact with. In your case, the heat exchanger.
The Silver solder might be, as any good repair, could be an option/alternative vs. replacement. You still have to open the combustion chamber to get access to coil. Then pinpointing the actual rupture. Good Luck.
