Touch Screen on Sony phone not working

There was a scratch which has seemed to make the touch screen to stop working. I have done some software repairs to see if it is a problem with the software, but it is defiantly a harware problem

Maybe its a hardware failure, the Touchscreen or the Digitizer must be replaced. Send your phone to the nearest Sony Xperia Service Center for repair.

go to service centre
dont try to do it by your own it may dmage your device

My lg vx110000 touch screen stopped working after i sprayed windex on a cloth and cleaned the touch screen.
i did this twice with my chocolate touch and mine also stopped working /: the prollem is you had a scratch in your phone, or it got into one of the cracks, and jacked things up in there.i wouldnt do that anymore :|

Try calibration! else, the only way is to change it, i did it my self, i think it would not be difficult if you have done similar things! you can buy it for a reasonable price on the net. Good luck

Touch screen problems
It seems to be a hardware problem. you can buy a LCD touch screen on Ebay and replace it, or take your phone to a sony center for the screen to be replaced. there´s no way to solve this problem with software updates or upgrades.
