What is the relavance of the BOSE system in my 1997 nissan pathfinder se- and is there a spec sheet or wire diagram for this audio system to be removed ?

ECCS stands for Electronic Concentrated Control System, and this is a known issue.

If fuses 'keep blowing', you need to find the reason why power is shorting to earth. In my view, you will need an auto-electrician.

Here is a pic of ur idler pulley all u do is just loosen the bolts there and, reverse procedure to put it back. Make sure if u dont have a diagram of where the belt goes draw one.
