From Your Content, change the Show drop-down menu to the appropriate category, if needed.

Select the title(s) that you want to delete, and then select Delete.

To confirm, select Yes, delete permanently.

It should be as simple as ensuring that your WiFi (or 3G) connection is active, going into the list of archived items, then selecting the item to be moved from the archive to your home page using the 4-way button to navigate to the item then pressing select on it.
