Hi, Please try the following reset and then try to pair again.

To do the reset you need to turn the receiver on, then on the front panel of the receiver press and hold the "CBL/SAT" button while doing that press the "STANDBY/ON" button. You will see the word "Clear" in the display screen and the receiver will go into standby mode. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR AUDIO & VIDEO ASSIGNMENTS ON THE RECEIVER PLUS YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR SPEAKER CONFIGURATIONS, SPEAKER DISTANCE AND ALL LEVEL CALIBRATION SETTINGS. YOU WILL ALSO LOSE ANY PROGRAMMED RADIO STATIONS IN MEMORY. Once the receiver goes into standby mode turn it back on and go thru the setup menu for all custom settings, Thanks, JT

Having a problem pairing my iPhone 6 to my Tx-sr333 receiver. Iphone just grinds and can't find Bluetooth.

Hi Don,

Pairing is necessary when using the Bluetooth-enabled

device for the first time. Before starting the procedure, learn

how to enable the Bluetooth setting function and to connect

with other devices on the Bluetooth-enabled device.

1. Press BLUETOOTH on the remote controller.

The unit enters the pairing mode and the BLUETOOTH

indicator starts flashing.

2. While the BLUETOOTH indicator is flashing,

complete connection on the Bluetooth-enabled

device in the nearby area within about 2 minutes.

If the name of this unit is displayed on the Bluetoothenabled

device's display, select this unit. Paring will end

after a short time.

???? If a password is requested, enter "0000".

???? When connecting the unit to any other Bluetoothenabled

device, start pairing by pressing and holding

BLUETOOTH until the BLUETOOTH indicator starts

flashing. This unit can store the data of up to ten
paired devices, Thanks, JT

I can't seem to get any audio from my Xbox one when connected via HDMI in the game input HDMI socket on the back but can through the BD/DVD HDMI on my new TX-SR333 any ideas?

You can reset the receiver to factory mode by pressing and holding the cbl/sat button and pushing the power-on button. (On the receiver, not the remote.) If still no sound on the game port, check all the other HDMI inputs and check if it's only the game port that doesn't have audio. You could have a bad HDMI port.

Bluetooth will not activate, tx-nr636 setting says its on but no light and device will not connect

To connect a Bluetooth-enabled device (phone, tablet, iPad, iPod, computer), follow the steps below:

1. Press and hold the button to put the receiver in "Pairing/Connecting" mode. You should see a red and blue light flashing in rapid succession somewhere on the receiver.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect with the receiver and tap on Scan. The device will start scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices. When you see that it detected a device with a name similar to the receiver's name, tap on the name to pair with the device. If you are asked for a passcode/passkey, enter '0000' or '1234' (without the quotes). If the two pair, the light on the receiver will turn to a steady blue and you will see 'Connect' on the device. The two are now paired.Tap on Connect and then you will see Connected on the device. Your device and the receiver are now connected.

The steps above should be detailed in the set up guide that came with the receiver. There may even be a passkey/code provided in the guide. Use that one for pairing instead of the passkey I suggested above. Please note that pairing is a one-time procedure, required only the first time you are connecting the device to the receiver, a "get to know you" process. After that, you just need to connect the two.

I am assuming that you have already hooked up speakers to the receiver. Start playing music from your device and enjoy listening to it through the receiver's speakers !

Bluetooth won.t connect

You may need to pair the bluetooth again as it may have lost its pairing id sync.

Delete the pairing if it exists and start from the beginning.

My wife and I have the same sanyo vero phones. I paired mine to my car sucessfuly. I can't get hers to pair to the same car. Help !

Your car's bluetooth can only be paired to one device at a time. You would have to release it from your ohone to allow it to pair with hers. It's actually uncommon for any bluetooth audio device to be capable of pairing to multiple devices. I know that Jabra is the only manufacturer that I have found with headsets that will pair multiple devices.
Short answer is that it simply won't work.

Palm TX, Dell 6300 Laptop, can see each other through Bluetooth but will not connect. Want to connect to sync clocks.

Have you checked your hotsync settings and bluetooth settings to make sure that you are using bluetooth sync and not the serial connect. Palm devices can also share LAN/Internet over bluetooth.

Bluetooth

I would reinstall the system software from the Palm CD. If you are using the TX cable, it could be bad.
