I S THERE AN ICON ON OUR TELEVISION SCREES SO WE CAN ACCESS NETFLIX
Its hard to answer as you did not say what kind of system your TV is connected. I have DirecTV, so I can give that info. To you.
On your remote control push the menu button. On the left side of the screen scroll down to Extras. At this time you should see the Netflix logo. Hit the right arrow to mov3 to the right side of the screen and arrow up, down, right, left to the Netflix logo, the hit select on your remote.
If it's a samsung then you should be able to download the app from google play...if there isn't an app google the apk file for Netflix and install with the apk installer.if you are running a Linux based tv then sometimes easier to go to your browser and bookmark the URL for Netflix....best browser for this is Firefox as opera needs tweaking..but you also have to download and run silverlight which is Microsoft flash player if it's windows or Linux os.....Macs you download from apple store.lastly which ever you install research google for TUNLR and follow instructions to set the DNS in Internet settings to receive USA Netflix as the catalogue is most up to date on series and movies.netflix doesn't seem to mind where you are based as long as you are paying subs.
