Phone is locked, how do i unlock it? thanks

Push the dial lock button once more to remove the lock.

the lock/unlock button needs to be repaired/replaced.

To increase the call volume:
- Connect to free phone call, i.e. Customer Service etc
- During the call, push arrow button, some use Up button, but other use Right arrow. Push several time until volume bar is appear and you get the best volume.
- If the volume already full but still can't hear the voice, change your phone speaker.

To lock keypad :
Press Menu button (Center) then press Star (*) key, do it fast before 3 second. To unlock, do the same thing.

You have remove the back cover by pushing up .You can see the lock in the back side left top .Push up to unlock it.Change the sim by pushing steel hook after removing battery .

Depending were you got your phone from, or simply go to a phone shop, they can unlock it for you, but you have to pay. Its really the only option.. unless you sit for hours and hours going through different methods of 9 different buttons!! So i suggest not to do it online because they scam you o_O goodluck!! ~Brii

I had this done before on my phone but not sure if it would work for you but i'll tell you what i done... Turn the phone off then turn it on again when the unlock code comes up push the menu button which will make it change to enter security code in (if you remember that code put it in) otherwise push 000000 and then push o.k... then you should be able to go into settings by again pushing the menu button changing it to security code and then go and change the unlock code... Worked for mine hopefully works for you..

i think all you have to do when the phone is locked is push the top left (...) button right under where it says "unlock" on the screen. Then push the */sym button next to the zero. I have never needed a code to unlock. also, when your phone is locked, you have to lightly push the power button on the top of the phone to get the screen back on.

to unlock the phone there is small button on the side and you just have to push it up or down to lock and unlock the phone. above the button there is a lock picture.
