It cannot hurt to contact them, they may be amenable to giving assistance. You could play on the expectation that the phone would prove durable when you bought it. For top end phones the warranty is how long?I would have thought 2 years.
Rather than going throu a retailer who will not be very sympathetic
and who will probably just stick to telling you the warranty is not in effect you could try contacting the manufacturer's technical department or customer services .

it is the last 4 digits!!!!!!!! When you first get the phone that is what it is set as! when you go into security you can change the code and that is why the last 4 digits of you phone number were the code unless you messed with it!!!!!!!! SO there you go athenaarie! go find your own solution!!!!!!!!! :) have a nice day!!!!! :)

hi,its a sim slot problem,you definately need to take the mobile phone to a mobile phone repairer or technician.its a minor fault that would costs you less,or probably you try bto contact your service provider on there customer care to seek if they are having network problems.thanks.

The passcode for a locked phone is usually the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number unless you changed it. I'm not sure what other passwords you might have. If that doesn't work, call customer service. You may have to take it to a retail store to have them reset it, but customer service may be able to tell you how to do it. If you need a password for customer service, you may need to take photo iD to a store to prove you are the account holder to have the password changed.

When a passcode is forgotten, as far as I know you need to call your cell phone provider customer service department. There's usually a number preset into your phone book to contact them. Tell them you forgot it. You are not the first and won't be the last to forget a password!
*There is a mastercode that is the first preset code on most phone and that is the last four digits of the phone number linked to it. You could try that as a last attemp before call customer service.

Sounds like your Samsung RS21 has devoloped a known fault.
Your frdige will be cold in the drawers but not cold above this? Also there is ice around the pipe behind the drawers. it is the ice hitting the fan that is the noise and eventually stops the fan which pushes the cold air around the frdige.Samsung have extended their warranty to 5 years to cover for this.
You need to call the Samsung customer care team 0845 7267864 and should be repaired free of charge. - mine was. When you call, you need the full model number and serial number. my serial number was on the outside left hand side of the fridge. The engineer comes out within a day or 2.

only your network provider can provide you with a PUK code for your sim. contact your network customer care and they will help you

I have been to the vodophone shop and they tell me that the phone is off when closed i agree you cant see anything when its closed but i think its a novel idea means you dont miss an inportant call.
All is revealed once the phone is opened the battery lasts for ages so i dont see this as a problem.
