She may have inadvertently violated their terms of service. This doesn’t mean that she was inappropriate in a mom’s sense, it could be anything. Using a unauthorized picture, sending too many messages to friends inbox etc. Rest assured Mom, she couldn’t lose her account by simply entering the wrong password too many times. I have entered my password 100 times just because I was stuck on stupid. Also if she used her email address for another Facebook account, it will disable the first and you will not be able to get it back without writing to Facebook. [email protected] make sure that you get your daughter to write from the email that is associated with her account, otherwise they will not be much help to her. Finally, response time could be as much as a couple of weeks. Be patient.

First click on the link that says "forgot your password" and follow all the instructions there. basically facebook will email you your password again

Go to the forgot password link and enter your email address which you used when signed up.after that check your email they will send you new password.try login using it.if its not work than make new account with new email id ,when you filled up sign-up form than save your page with details you entered so you can remember it for long time.now log-in to your account using new email id and password.
