That is not the player... to solve this problem, you need to re-install firmware, what you described it suggest that your firmware is corrupted.

as you did not supply manufacturer, model and version - and for some reason telepathy did not work today on me very well... go to the manufacturers site and read and create firmware update/restore disk/usb whatever manufacturer will recommend, do procedure as per instruction and you should solve your problem.

again - for future reference, always describe the problem (this bit you done perfectly), then manufacturer, operating system if required, model, version - all that data help to solve the problem.

hope this short info will help you

CD palyer will not play all Songs

It sounds like the CD has to be initialized, so the jukebox knows how many songs are on the specific CD.

To initialize a CD, go into service mode, input code 31, then index the cd number (two digits), then hit "popular". return the jukebox to play mode.
The carousel should scan and load the CD you initialized, and then return it to it's slot.

It should now be able to play any song on the CD you select.

Does not play the songs just keep loading.

How to set radio to play from the last song that it plays before turn off.

all CD players should do this. Who installed the CD player? Because it sounds like the memory wire isn't hooked up right. Does the clock keep the right time? If not your memory wire isn't hooked up right.

How can i get it to play to the next song

Well, you can press the button you use to change songs. If you press it, you get options. Move the mode button and find play settings and you will find normal mode. Press the mode button and you will solve the problem.
