My wemo insight switch quit working. Wemo does not answer my emails. How to I remove the Insight switch but not delete my wemo light switch?

Restart the Wemo Insight Switch:
Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Unplug the Wemo Insight Switch from the power outlet, wait for about 10 seconds, and then plug it back in. Observe if it responds after this.

Update the Wemo App:
Ensure that you have the latest version of the Wemo app installed on your phone. Outdated apps can sometimes cause communication problems with the devices.

Check Your Wi-Fi Network:
