Need the specific clock movement for that clock so it coordinates with the bird sounds portion of the clock or how can I fix the exisiting movement.
There are several companies that sell that movement , just google clock movements and they have a chart with spec to match yours. I have replaced several in my time, its pretty easy
Testimonial: "I have tried that and while there are similar movements that will fit and get the clock running, but none have the wire that comes out of it that connects it to the unit that coordinates with the bird calls. if all else fails, that's what I'll do and just do without the bird call feature. Thanks!"
try these folks I have had good luck with them

I am not familiar with the product you have. However, if this is a genuine cuckoo clock, driven by weights, the weights must be "wound", weights pulled to the top of their travel. If this is electronic, I would be looking for a switch. There also may be a electronic eye that prevents the sound at night. Can the eye see the light?
If you just got it, and if my comments don't apply, I am sure a quick call to the Bradford Exchange will solve your trouble, whether it is a step you inadvertently over looked or if the device if fault. I am certain they will help you.
