What is the on/off temperature (heat) range for a RTH111 series

Otherwise, corresponding operation mode may not start. Temperature setting range AUTO/COOL/DRY 18-30 °C HEAT 16-30 °C

I think it is low on gas. You will have to call the repairman on this one. If it is real old, just replace it.

-possibly temperature sensor has bad connection. Or bad sensor.

is this 400c or 400f

Ball pythons require a daytime temperature ranging from 80-85F and a basking spot of 90F. These temperatures can be slightly decreased at night to around 74F. I would recommend buying an under tank heating pad as well as an incandescent bulb for the basking area. You will need to use a minimum of two thermostats to help monitor the tanks temperature.
