This can happen due to a plethora of reasons. It could be due to a bug, Goto settings and clear google play store cache & data and retry installing the app. If it still shows the error, then Its a hardware sided issue. Your tablet could be too outdated to be able to run the application, It probably requires higher android version/kernel which is not present on your device, sadly the only way to fix this would be to get a new device entirely.
First off, determine if you have an Acer Iconia A3 tablet or an iPad.
If you have an Acer Iconia A3 tablet, then connect the HDMI port to a good quality HDMI version 1.3 or better cable. Make sure the ends match the sizes you need for your tablet and television.
If you have an iPad, call up the genius' in your local store to get them to walk you through how to hook it to your television.
Next, start playing something on whichever of your tablets, music, video, or some other type of media. Make sure to test before hooking it up that it is something that actually plays on the tablet you have, and has video and/or audio. If nothing plays on your television, then check the cable connections are properly seated.
When you connect the vizio try changing the resolution settings on your laptop to see if that makes a difference. Could be that your video card output is not really compatible with the higher requirements of the Vizio.
Your best bet is to look on eBay. Search for price low to high. Often you can find CHEAP replacements in Hong Kong. They take a long time to arrive (3-6 weeks) but the savings are usually worth it.
VGA Driver? Does your tv have a VGA Connection? Have you selected PC or HDMI as your input source on the TV? Have you hit the FN Function Key on the laptop + the corresponding F1 thru F12 key that displays the image on the TV?
Press and Hold the FN key then hit the correct F1 thru F12 key that displays on the tv. The correct F1 thru F12 key will probably have LCD/CRT on it or it might have the icon of a display.
For Drivers: They won't be called VGA but either (Display, Video or Graphics Drivers) Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "AcerSupport" (without the quotes). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Download andinstall the drivers.
