I had them and others. They do not work well and are not worth the money. If you have cable with a wifi hotspot option, you would be better off using that.. The Jetpack sucks big time. Cancel the mifi service.

Depending on the OS you can Ctrl + Alt + Delete and it would change to a screen that you can enter a user name and password.
Enter the username "Administrator" and leave the password blank or try "admin" or "administrator"
If your able to login with those details you can go to
Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Local Users and groups (On the left) > Users > and then right click the username you forgot the password for and click "Set Password"

plug in a monitor using a usb and vga cable,if it works then it could be screen gone or what they call the inverter thats gone.

it takes a sata hard drive.it also needs an adapter to fit the end of the drive. there are two type of adapter.that fit the sata drive .

time to get a new keyboard.there about £10.00 on ebay and very easy to change.dont waste time trying to fix it.i have seen this problem many times with laptop keyboards.
