Touch the "settings" icon, go down to the "System" area, and touch the "Date and Time" icon : you can either set the time zone to automatic (rely on the network), or immediately manually change the settings time, and time zone.
If your zeepad is an Android device you have to go to Settings> Date and Time. Then you have to touch Automatic date & time
and turn it of *off* . Then you are able to manually set the Date Time, time zone etc. Then after you do that you can go back and turn the Automatic date & time back on so it will correct it every time you're connected to the internet or, if you have a GPS to the GPS satellites.
Go to Settings -> Storage -> Factory Data Reset.
If that is not an option, then:
1. Power of the device completely.
2. Hold down both volumes and power at the same time. This should bring up an image of an android on its back, opened up.
3. Press both volumes at same time to open up a small blue text menu.
4. Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode.
5. Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.
6. Your zeepad should now be reset
