I have a Vaultz locking binder bag and had forgotten the combination to it.... Tried for over 3 years to get into it with no luck. HOWEVER ---after some reading on this site I found the solution and was in my pouch in LESS THAN ONE MINUTE!!
Here's how ---
You'll need a bright flashlight or headlight and a small flat head screwdriver.
Turn on the flashlight or headlight & shine it directly on the dials, take the screwdriver and gently push the dial to one side or the other. (I pushed mine to the left)
You won't have a lot of room to move the dial, but you should be able to see a small groove/line. If you do not see the groove/line, then move the dial down one number at a time till you see the groove/line.
Once you see the groove/line you are on the correct number DO NOT TURN DIAL ANYMORE!!
Then repeat for the next 2 dials.
Once you have all the correct numbers, then slide square to the left and it will open for you and you will have the correct combination for the lock.
You can either keep that same combination or you can reset it to something different.
Hope you still have your pouch and didn't destroy it or throw it away.
ALSO, AN ADDED NOTE ----- this process has worked on 6 other combination locks I have and had forgot the combination to.........
Try all the combinations. To save wear on your fingers, use a small screwdriver to dial the numbers. Try to move the little slide after changing each digit. You can try all 1000 combinations in about twice the time it takes you to count to 1000 out loud, but unless you chose a combinations like 998, you will probably open it long before that time.
