My htc merge is just stucked on blank htc when i turn it on please help me

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.

Have you tired leaving it to charge overnight ? You could remove the battery for a while then try plugging it in and try to turn it on.

Your phone thinks that some accessory is attached. Try turning off bluetooth first, if that does not work, take it to the store and have them look at the headphone jack (something may be stuck in there)

Here is the Procedure to acess GPRS in your HTC

Go to Start- Settings > Connections >Connection >(Under internet settings select)Add a new modem connection
Enter a name for the connection:BSNL (you can type any name as you like) A modem(from the drop down list select)Cellular Name(GPRS)
(On the bottom of your screen select):Next

Access Point Name(APN): gprswest.cellone.in (gprwest or south depending on your location
Press : Next
User name: Leave it blank
