Re: how do I fix my Motorola phone shut by chances
Hello Endzinaw!
We kindly recommend you to please follow this steps to troubleshoot your device.
As a first step, please try a Clear Cache partition
This will remove any temporary files that may be causing the problem, but will not delete your files or settings. Follow this steps provided in this link: http://bit.ly/RAZR-CLEAR
If this steps are not helpful, we recommend you to try a Factory Data Reset on your device. Make sure you back up your files first, since this will be deleting all the information stored on your device. I can recommend you to use the google tools, since they can really help you to back up your pictures, contacts and files.
If after all these steps you still facing the same issue with your device, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service at this link: http://bit.ly/Moto-us

If she forgot Pin she can enter it wrong up to 1 times then it will reset. Data not synced to the cloud will be lost if not on SD card. You can't bypass the security.
Call Motorola and see if they have instructions for reinstalling your phones operating system. Chances are though, you will have to send your phone in for it to be fixed or purchase a new one.
There is a software upgarde at Motorola.com but I can't get it work. My daughters phone does the same thing and I had one rep say download the software upgrade and another say the phone if defective...We did a system restore to get the phone functioning again. Maybe you can download the upgrade.
Same problem here!!! I was in the middle of a text and it shut down outta no where then i turn it back on and it just flashes the purple circled M at me....I dont have a warranty on my phone but luckily I called alltel and they sent me a box to send the phone back and they are replacing it free of charge. I love the hint its my favorite phone of all the phones ive had....alltel always satisfies its customers in the end and ill definatly give the hint another chance...bottom line...call alltel have them send you the return box and mail it to them wait a week and you got a new phone!! good luck!
remove battery and put your battery and cell phone in the freezer for 30 min and lit it dry in a cup of rise for 30 min, repeat the process until it turns on and it's dry
The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.
Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.
Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.
Make sure the song giving you the problem is an mp3. You might try deleting it and reloading it. I accidentally loaded an mp3 to my daughter's cdm 8945, which takes wma's. It restarted the phone when she tried to play it.
Please provide more info.
