HOW I WILL GO IN SERVICE MODE OF A PRINTER

go to service mode.

press up and down button. then press ok. go to SP5810 and reset.

That code requires going into the SP (Service Protocol) mode. If you have the service manual, it will tell you which buttons to press to enter it and to exit service mode. Once you enter service mode, power down the printer. If that doesn't reset, you have to go back into service mode, go the the SC/Fuser reset SP and once executed, power down then restart. Hint: you have to go to "SERVICE" then 1 will display. Press the right arrow key until you reach "5" then press the OK button. You can then right or left arrow until you find the reset SP. To enter Service Diagnostics on Xerox Phaser 6500:
1.turn the printer off ;
2.press and hold both the Up and Down arrows and turn the printer on ;
3.when Service Mode and ESS Diag appear on the display, release the buttons. You will need a Service Menu Map to navigate through the menus, they are quite complicated.

Go to service mode and click on counters, then select Service call counter, there you will find the complete error code list for bizhub c450.

you can enter the service mode by going to the printer properties and clicking on display printer status icon thats the one with the ! mark on it. then in the pop up window click on options and then service mode then type *28* and then enter, you are now in service mode. good luck

From memory.....enter service mode navigate to 5-810 and execute turn off then on.
If there is no 5-810 then enetr service mode then turn machine off then on error should clear

After a frustrating support call from HP where they wanted me to send the printer into a service centre for a ridiculous cost, I tried troubleshooting myself and seemed to fix this error 51.23.

The solution was to put the printer in cleaning mode:

Setup - Service - Cleaning mode

E004 Fixing Unit Failure.
I would recomend calling repair Tech to resolve this issue....unless you know how to access service mode and perform a Printer Reset operation. Could be complete Fuser Unit failure.
