You need to do a FULL reset.
1. Power off unit
2. Hold down POWER and Vol - (or Vol+ if Vol - doesn't work) until Android reset screen appears.
3. Scroll down to factory reset and select it.
4. Agree to reset
Unit will reset itself and start over like it was brand new and you will lose everything that was installed. Most likely you have a corrupt operating system and this may help. However, many android apps will not work on that tablet as its an older tablet that does not have an upgraded OS available.

1. Double-click the Home button. This minimizes the app and displays the iPad's multitasking screen.

Suggest to first try logging into Facebook using the browser on your tablet instead of the facebook app. If that display is normal in size ... it's probably easiest to
(1) uninstall the Facebook App (Control/Settings/Apps);
(2) reboot the Tablet;
(3) Restart the Tablet and Go to the Google Playstore ...reinstall the Facebook app.

Try the follow to see if it will fix it:
There is a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds. If it turns on, please allow it to charge for 4-6 hours before using it. If you leave it on the charger for longer than the allocated time, you will go back to having the same problem as before.
