none of these model number are correct. the model number and serial number and version numbers will be on a separate sticker toward the side. the correct model and version number will have to be supplied to get a correct answer. the model number will be called model code. I is very long.

There is nothing wrong with your phone. The problem is that the message centre number is not correct and you can correct it yourself. All network has is own message centre number.
To correct the message centre number, scroll to message and scroll to message setting and press okay then you will see a box.
Enter the number according to the network you are using. You can copy this number from the message setting of some one you are using the same network.
If this number is not there, you will have problem of receiving text message.

This may be the wrong Serial Number

The correct one will be found on a label on the radio casing....so the radio will have to be removed.
(or try pressing buttons 6&1 together or ^&2 together to see if it displays another Serial Number beginning with M******)

If its dialing some numbers then its unlikely to be a hardware issue - make sure that the numbers are correctly specified, with the correct area code, international prefix etc and that (if needed), the option to dial a number for an external line is set correctly.
