I would first check for a firmware update for both the TV and router. Also double check your wireless passkey as it is case sensitive.

SOURCE: I connect my laptop (Dell

You have to tell the laptop to use either DUAL or EXTERNAL display.

This is usually done with the FN button pressed in conjunction with the F5 key (may be other key)

The F key you want will have a small monitor icon or even two overlapping monitor icons.

SOURCE: I have a hisense 50"

Hello dollfinn,

I'm going to need you to be a little more specific in your request. It is not possible to supply a manual without knowing the model number of the TV and I cannot tell you how or where to make connections without knowing what you are trying to connect.

Please could you provide as much detail as possible about your problem so that your question can be answered quickly and correctly. Please reply to me by clicking on "Add a Comment" below your question. The following details are essential:

1. Model number of TV
2. Brand and model numbers of devices you want to connect
3. Which cables you available for connecting the devices

Thanks,
BElectric

SOURCE: need IR code for Hisense 32" LCD tv to program

Are you referring to the iPhone/iPad app? if yes then this is not a remote app, it's a management app made for Comcast boxes and nothing else it doesn't controls tv's.
If you are referring to the actual remote for one of the Comcast boxes then it all depends on what model of remote you have and the exact model of your tv - some will support it thru the use of a Daewoo or Samsung code, others don't.
So you have 2 options:
1 - you try every Daewoo and Samsung code you have in the manual and if that fails you do a code scan on the remote as explained in the manual:
Turn on your TV
Press the TV button on the top of the remote, then press and hold Setup until the TV light blinks twice
Enter 9-9-1 and the TV button will blink twice
Press and release 1 and the TV button will blink twice
Point the remote at the TV, press and release the Power button, then press the CH+ button multiple times until the TV turns off
Press Setup once to lock in the code and the TV button will blink twice
If even that fails - the tv doesn't shuts down - then the remote is incompatible to the tv so
2 - you get a remote that is compatible with both. The only one i could find is

I have a hisense smart tv, I had a rok0 connected to my other tv to stream Netflix, do I need it for the hisense tv ? if not what do I do to connect?

If the Hisense TV is a smart TV, then it probably already has NetFlix on it. Click on the icon, log in, and go.

Good luck.

How do I connect my new smart TV to Netflix, it keeps telling me that ther is no internet connection

The TV Needs to be connected to an Internet Connection!
Either Wirelessly, connected to a Hotspot - most likely your WiFi from either your modem or router, depending on how you get online?
Or... Your TV can be hard wired, with a cat cable directly from your Modem/Router to the TV.
If hard wired, double check in the settings page of your TV (Navigate there with your remote) and confirm this.
If wireless, again navigate to settings and scroll to Network Connections, or something similar, (can't be specific since you didn't provide make and model) choose wireless, locate your home network name, enter your Password, and your TV should now connect to Netflix, among other platforms.
Good Luck

How can netflix be put on my tv which is an Element 42" tv

Yes you need a Roku, Apple Tv or something that will connect your tv to your router. This will plug into your tv with an HDMI cable and connect to your router wirelessly or to your modem directly if you don't have a router.

I have remote smart tv with netflix button but can;t get straming to load help

You have to initiate a wi fi connection to your wireless router or you can use a wired connection if that is feasible. If you connect wirelessly go to the wireless setup page on your router and enable MAC filtering, then select allow only devices on list. Next obtain the MAC address of your TV. You should be able to get that from the setup internet connection section of the setup menu. Enter that address in the MAC filter list on your router. Save it and try the connection again.

Unable to access netflix to my tv

Is your TV a "smart" TV, with its own "wireless" conhnection to your own wireless router? Is that connection working?

Turn your wireless router off (unplug its electrical cord).
Power it back on, to "reset" the router.
On your TV, confirm that it is connecting to your wireless network.

On any PC connected to your router, access 'www.netflix.com' to make sure that you can connect (on a different device) to that web-site.

Cant get netflix through my router to my tv how can i get the netflix to work on the tv?

Does your TV have a wireless adapter? If so setup the wireless by connecting the TV to your wireless access point. You should find the wireless setup in the TV's settings. Then connect to netflix , enter ID and password.

How do I stream netflix to my t.v. using my netgear router

If your TV has a Netflix app installed, you simply need to connect your TV to the network either with an ethernet cable or wirelessly.

If your TV does not have internet connectivity, you must connect a device that allows you to stream Netflix (like a PS3, Wii, Roku, Blu-ray player or even a laptop). That device must connected to your home router (wired or wirelessly).
