Grey shadow appears in the centre of every picture.

A small, round shadow, like a dead spot, has appeared in the centre of the LCD screen, which is visible in every picture I take. I cleaned the lens, but it made no difference. It's as if there were dirt or something on the inside of the camera. Can anything be done about this?

Probably not something is up have you ever had direct sunlight hit the lens maybe at the beach? Or lots of heat can damage the lens you. lens replacement is just the same as getting a new camera. hoped that helped.

It's dust on your sensor. Take it in for a cleaning.

Round grey dot appears in photos and on LCD screen

If the same dots are on the pictures and LCD, then the only thing it can be is either a dirty lens which needs cleaning or dirt got inside the lens assembly which would require either compressed air to clean or professional service.

There are some spots on a picture that look grey(shadowing)? what is the cause of this

Do these spots look like soap bubbles and do they appear at different places on each picture? Also, do they only appear when you take flash pictures? If so, these are dust particles reflecting the light back into the lens because the flash is so close to the lens. We all have this problem.

My rear projection TV has color spots in the picture, most noticeable on light color picture

What is the make and model of TV. If it is a Panasonic that has different colored spots such as pink, blue etc. Then you need t6o contact Panasonic as this is a memory reset that they have to perform on the LCD driver board. Other brands of LCD projection sets that have spots that appear all over the screen mostly on white back rounds are almost always dust that has settled on the LCD panels. This requires a technician to clean the LCD panels if possible.

Black spot is growing on my LCD Monitor

It is the LCD itself failing, no repair for the LCD itself, the screen will need to be replaced. Likely cheaper to replace the entitr monitor

Shadows on screen

Try moving a medium powered magnet (not one for picking up heavy objects and not a refrigerator holding one) over the distorted area. If that doesn't work, try a more powerful one. This worked for my Toshiba LCD. Good luck!

Bubble-like spots on lcd

Your Licquid Crystal Display appears to have gone bad... much like a dead pixel in a TV, you get a dead spot on the display of your lcd that looks like a bubbe.

You need to have the screen replaced or you will have to live with the bubbles. If the PC is still under warranty I'd send it in for repair. You may be able to pick up an inexpensive replacement on eBay, but make sure you are careful if you replace the screen yourself.

Spot/shadow on monitor and pictures

Does it appear on the photos if you look at them on a computer or print them out, and does the spot remain when you're using the menu?
If it's there all the time (on menus as well) it would suggest part of the display is starting to fail.
Also, have you done the shutter hold-up so you can check behind the mirror just in case it's something on the sensor (assuming it's not just the LCD that's failing)?
