Hello, your scanner appears to be a 10 channel crystal controlled scanner. I'm estimating it to be around 30-40 years old. I think there is a couple companies still making custom crystals but you have to find the freq's #'s to give them. Here is the freq. range it will pick up. Frequency range RX 30-50 / 144-174 / 450-512 MHz I personally would take the money spent for crystals and apply it towards a newer scanner that is programmable so no crystals needed. Hi, that unit looks to be a mobile scanner and if I'm seeing right then you would need a Base power supply that could supply 12volt to it. Course you could also use a computer power supply and find the 12 volt line out on it. Here is the link to some spec's for it. Looks also to be crystal controlled so it cannot be reprogrammed. For a full reset, turn the scanner off and then power it back on while holding the 2 and 9 keys. CLEAr will appear on the display. NOTE: this will clear all frequencies and any other information that you have programmed into the scanner.

To clear/erase a single channel just enter frequency 0.0
