I have a 3 zone thermostat with a Carrier comfort thermostat and HVAC system. Two of the 3 zones have blank readings for the set temperatures (hot and cold). When I go into programming mode I can set the temperatures but the set points are not kept when in normal display and there is no heating or cooling. It is NOT a problem with the “out” or “hold” button (which works find in the 3rd zone and playing with those buttons in these two zones does not help). The third zone is fine and all zones use the same furnace. The appearance is the same as with the “out’ button (blank lines for set points but can see current temperature) except for no “out” notification. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The stat that works is called the main and the other two are called slave stats. The stats must be set to heat or cool the same as the main. If you want one room to cool and one to heat , sorry. Need to upgrade to auto changeover. Is this AC actally a Heat pump?
