Why does the door pops open when starting

There are a lot of possible causes, but I'd look at the door switches first, and the wiring connectors to them. Make sure the contacts on all the switches are opening and closing.

The truck has a feature, where you turn the key in door lock , the alarm should stop going off. there is a small switch on back of the lock cylinder. it may have popped off and is in lock position, but you cant turn it back to on position, because it popped off from the back of the lock. remove the door panel and look inside of the door where the lock is. make sure, that the switch is attached firmly to the back of the lock cylinder. start there.

The plenum may be cracked, check for air blowing out where it should not, or the blender door is not opening, a cable sheath may have popped loose, or the heater core itself is clogged with leaf debris blocking air flow..

Is the fuse the correct voltage?

The problem appears to be with the door switch as initially it starts cycle and then the control senses open door so stops the unit completely. Take a hair dryer and blow some air on the door lock/switch assembly, if this won't help then replacing the door switch/lock assembly is recommended repair. I am an experienced techician and have tried all these solutions in the past sometimes at no avail. But replacing the tub which has a limited lifetime warranty along with hinge arms will solve the issue. This has such a margional clearance I can never see anything visible causing the door to pop open

Before replacing fuses try disconnecting neg battery lead first. If still blows look loose wire under motor

try to hold the door closed when you first start it set the timer for 1 min with a cup of water inside press start and then hold the door in if it reuns your door is out of aligment or the interlock switch is popping open

The door latch switches, and monitor switch assembly needs adjusting. With the door open the two latch switches should be normally open,and the monitor switch closed. Opposite way when door is closed. MAKE sure oven is unplugged before testing

It does sound odd for it to blow the breaker. It should blow the fuse, not the breaker. But looking at the exploded view diagram, I don't even see a fuse! Makes me wonder if this is some foreign model. *grin* In any event, you will need to replace all the door switches since they all have been stressed by the same overcurrent. Also be sure that all the switch mount and door latch parts are activating properly when you open and close the door.
