How can i open my safe i punch the correct code in but wont open

ouch.... that key needs to be kept outside the safe. when you put in the known code are you pressing A or B after it. On my safe the code is entered followed by pressing the A or B key which was not part of the code.

You could google the name of the safe and email the manufacturer asking them how to bypass the code. Another option is a locksmith who can pick the lock. Hope this helps

we are looking after a friends place with one of these safe's in them, my daughter has pushed buttons and it wont stop beeping, we dont know the code or anything?? how do i stop it beeping??

was there not a key also? if not then remove the new and start over, if it still wont open refer to your paperwork that came with the unit there is always a number to call for questions.
