Error codes are always slightly frustrating as they don't necessarily describe what the error actually is. In this case, Error UI-800-3 means that Netflix is experiencing an internet connectivity problem. This could mean you're unable to sign in or stream content.
I would factory reset your tv, then make sure you have the latest updated firmware for it. Next re-enter your netflix details. You did not mention if you connected via ethernet or wireless. Whichever medium would be worth checking also.

I have the same issues, I tried everything from disconnecting the modem to resetting the TVs smart Hub, I also tried all Netflix recommendations and I am still having the same problems, please help if you have a solution
